Abstract

In order to achieve the missions that the State assigns to it, the University of Kinshasa organizes an admission competition for candidates with State diplomas wishing to pursue university studies.

This competition begins the partnership system, insofar as it leads to a reduction in the number of students (partnership taxpayers), raises the question of governance in this higher education and university establishment, in particular in financial terms and of student training.

In view of the missions assigned to this university, this work strives to establish the paradox between student training and educational partnership; while establishing a link between funding sources and competitive recruitment.
