As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Abstract
This document contains the guidelines relating to the submission of the articles. The authors are requested to conform to these instructions in order to guarantee the uniformity and the clearness of the journal.
Titrate and authors
The title of the article will appear in heavy type, with cast iron Times 14 points. It will be positioned to 2,5 cm top of the page and will be centered.
The name of the author, with cast iron Times 12 points, in heavy and centered type, is at 12 points under the title. Immediately to the line which follows, the affiliation of the author is deferred in Times characters. The additional authors are deferred in the same way.
Beginning of the article
The articles will have to start with a summary not exceeding 200 words.
Key words
With the same cast iron, the number of the key words should not exceed 10. Use indents to separate between the words.
Subtitles
Composed of fatty capital letters and tiny natures, cast iron Times 14, presenting spacing before 8 points and form an integral part of the same paragraph.
Figures, tables, and illustrations
They will have to be directly integrated, positioned, to be numbered and placed inside the margins indicated and equipped with a centered legend.

Start with the first five characters of the name of the first author.

The abstract: a file of a page not numbered in format `' doc '', containing:
