Résumé
Le paysage de l’enseignement supérieur, de la recherche scientifique et de l’innovation au Maroc connaît une transformation importante à travers la réforme du Pacte ESRI (Plan National d’Accélération de la Transformation de l’Enseignement Supérieur, de la Recherche Scientifique et de l’Innovation) 2030. Cet article de recherche examine l’état actuel des établissements publics d’enseignement supérieur, les disparités régionales dans les inscriptions d’étudiants, la répartition des sexes dans certaines facultés et les nouveaux cadres pédagogiques et de crédits introduits dans le cadre du plan national. En utilisant des données secondaires des statistiques officielles du ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et du livre national des normes pédagogiques de la licence fondamentale 2023, cette étude fournit un aperçu complet des dernières évolutions de l’enseignement supérieur au Maroc. Les résultats mettent en évidence une diversité institutionnelle notable, des déséquilibres régionaux persistants, des efforts continus pour améliorer les compétences des étudiants et des réformes structurelles visant à aligner les programmes de premier cycle sur le marché du travail et les normes internationales.
