Hybridation pédagogique et inclusion : opportunités et défis pour un enseignement équitable

Dans un contexte éducatif marqué par la transformation numérique et la diversification des profils d'apprenants, l'hybridation pédagogique combinant enseignement présentiel et dispositifs numériques à distance – offre de nouvelles perspectives pour promouvoir l'inclusion scolaire et l'égalité des chances. Cette communication explore les opportunités qu'offre ce modèle pour répondre aux besoins des élèves à profils variés, notamment ceux en situation de handicap ou issus de milieux défavorisés, tout en garantissant la qualité des apprentissages.
L'analyse repose sur une revue de littérature internationale et sur des études de cas réalisées dans différents contextes éducatifs marocains et étrangers. Les résultats mettent en évidence les bénéfices potentiels en termes de flexibilité, d'adaptation des contenus, de personnalisation des parcours et d'élargissement de l'accès aux ressources éducatives. Cependant, ils soulignent également des défis majeurs : fracture numérique, inégalités d'accès aux technologies, nécessité d'anciens enseignants aux outils hybrides, et adaptation des évaluations.
Cette réflexion propose enfin des recommandations pratiques pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des dispositifs hybrides inclusifs, contribuant ainsi à un enseignement équitable et aligné sur les objectifs du développement durable.
