Pedagogical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Opportunities and Challenges for Vocational Training
Main Article Content
Abstract
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into pedagogical and training engineering marks a profound transformation of learning and assessment methods. AI-based technologies, such as adaptive learning, educational chatbots, and learning analytics, offer innovative solutions to improve the individualization of learning paths and the automation of assessments. However, this evolution also poses major challenges in terms of teacher training, the acceptability of technological tools and ethics in the use of educational data.
This article, based on case studies and expert opinions, explores the implications of AI in the field of vocational training and higher education. We will analyse the benefits and limitations of these new approaches, highlighting best practices to ensure an effective and ethical integration of AI in education systems. Finally, recommendations will be made to optimize the use of AI in instructional engineering, while ensuring equitable and sustainable quality of education.
