Since the institutions of education and training represent the natural place of qualification of men and women it would be normal that they are most interested in this subject.

So how these institutions may be able to provide adequate training for their human resources? How do they manage to better assess its quality? And how do they make lifelong learning an integral part of their management policies?

This is the issue that this 8th Number of The Journal of Quality in Education (JoQiE) will attempt to address.
