Continuing education for university professors Case of Abdelmalek Essaâdi University
Main Article Content
Abstract
The paradigm shifts in the training of known higher education professionals in recent decades will necessarily bring a different understanding of teaching and the roles of teachers in the teaching and learning process. Appropriate pedagogical training for teachers is also an essential condition for the quality of the university, the explicit objective of all education reforms.
Using data from a questionnaire sent to professors at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University, this article analyzes their perception of the need for continuing education for teaching staff, their willingness and availability to get involved and how this training must be planned.
