Résumé

Le présent article examine la réceptivité de l'approche de la méthode de cas dans la formation continue au Maroc. Une étude qualitative basée sur des entrevues semi-structurées avec 15 fonctionnaires a été entreprise.  L'objectif était de jeter la lumiêre sur l'approche de la méthode de cas dans la formation du personnel à  travers trois composantes, à  savoir la forme de l'instruction, le rôle du formateur et le rôle des apprenants. Les interviewés ont déclaré préférer apprendre dans des équipes et avoir une réponse correcte à  la fin de l'étude de cas. Ils ont souligné également leur préférence d'apprendre sous la direction d'un formateur ferme qui est considéré comme modêle à  émuler et qui adopte une approche structurée de la méthode de cas. Quant à  leur rôle préféré, les interviewés préfêrent jouer le rôle d'apprentis et de récepteurs de savoir dans les sessions de formation adoptant la méthode de cas. Ces préférences trouvent leur explication quant aux valeurs culturelles de l'environnement dans lequel ces apprenants ont été socialisés. Les résultats de cette étude sont destinés à  contribuer à  l'instauration de bonnes pratiques de formation en quête d'une amélioration continue du systême de formation du personnel dans le contexte marocain.
