Is collaboration, a principle of IWA2: 2007, a determining factor in the process of employability and the quality of higher education? The case of ANAPEC, the RABAT SALE KENITRA Regional Directorate, and its regional partners
Main Article Content
Abstract
The problem of youth unemployment in Morocco is complex and depends on several factors, namely the qualification of our young graduates, the transformation of the labor market and its capacity to absorb the graduates each year.
Indeed, there are more and more young unemployed graduates. The category most affected by unemployment is that of young people aged 15 to 24, who represents 26.5% of the population, including 17.9% unemployed graduates.
This dilemma, of unemployed young graduates facing unoccupied jobs, could therefore stem from a failure of collaboration between the actors of the education system, those of the productive system and the institutional actors operating within the framework of the employability of young graduates.
So, who are these actors who play a role in improving the employability of young graduates? What are the tasks assigned to each of these actors? are their actions effective? Is there collaboration between these actors? If so, what are the areas of collaboration? And what are the failures?
This is why we are reflecting on the collaboration between the different actors involved in the process of improving the employability of young graduates and in ensuring the quality of higher education. We limit ourselves in our study to the analysis of the actions carried out in collaboration between ANAPEC and its partners acting in matters of employability of young graduates in the RABAT SALE KENITRA Region (RSK).
