Alignment of TQM in the Higher Education context

Résumé
Objectif - Ajuster le concept de gestion de la qualité totale et l'adapter à une utilisation dans les instituts d'enseignement supérieur.
Conception / méthodologie / approche - L'article décrit les résultats d'une recherche en science de l'ingénieur. Sur la base des expériences en Égypte et aux Pays-Bas, les caractéristiques de l'enseignement supérieur sont définies ainsi que les spécificités des processus éducatifs. Ceux-ci conduisent à une traduction de TQM en termes pédagogiques.
Résultats - Les expériences aboutissent à un modèle qui peut être utilisé comme cadre pour mettre en œuvre la TQM dans les instituts d'enseignement supérieur
Limites / implications de la recherche - Les expériences qui constituent la base de la conception sont limitées à deux pays, avec deux cultures différentes. Il n'y a aucune preuve concernant l'utilisation du modèle dans tous les pays du monde.
Originalité / valeur - On sait qu'il y a eu de nombreuses initiatives pour mettre en œuvre la TQM dans l'enseignement supérieur. La combinaison avec la gestion de la qualité dans les modèles d'enseignement et d'apprentissage (modèle transformateur, modèle d'engagement de la qualité du programme, modèle de l'Université d'apprentissage, modèle pour une université réactive) est rare, ainsi que son application dans deux pays différents.
