Main Article Content
Abstract
Evaluation refers to a system of values. The values are indicators of the Sense of the common good. On these bases, reference frames of values are constructed in a concerted manner. The local application of a general reference system facilitates and ensures the consistency of the assessments. Assessment becomes a formative activity which also develops collective intelligence.
