University sport in Morocco Organizational diagnosis and governance

Abstract
This job treats the question of University Sports (US) in Morocco. It adopts problems linked to diagnosis and to development of the US in the Moroccan establishments of public higher education. It examines the mailmen responsible for the dysfunction of this system and issues subsequently a proposal likely to contribute to the improvement of its output. To accomplish this diagnosis, a system of collection and analysis of data was used. An investigation of ground was therefore led in 14 universities and 8 student halls of residence. 120 persons - means were interviewed. 34 reports, different contents, were moreover the object of a guided and deepened exam.
Results put in an obvious place that US Moroccan endures from a more or less important lack, in number and in quality, human, financial and material resources. On the other hand, the deficient organization, the absence of strategies of management of the existent, the omission of the regular valuation of the area, weak motivation and the defect of commitment of the administrative and associative actors mark the manager step of the US in the majority of the establishments of education and university life.
